(Click on the photos above to learn about each of our classroom animal visitors.)
We have had pets visit our classroom.
Blue is a golden retriever and Smokey is a kitten.
(Another kitten named Cuddles also came to our class with Smokey.)
Sierra is a Service Dog for our school nurse.
Our class cares about the golden retriever named Blue and the kittens named Smokey and Cuddles. Blue is like one of our classmates because she helps us remember to be kind and caring. When you are around pet animals, you want to be gentle and not hurt them. You want to be caring and friendly by feeding them, petting them, giving them water, and using a soft voice when you talk to them. We take turns taking care of Blue and the kittens. We see Sierra in our hallways when she is helping our school nurse.
Click on the pictures above of Blue, Smokey, and Sierra to learn more about their visits to our classroom.
