Why We Care About Sunnyside Pond
"I live near the pond, I want to still have the pond island so that there'd be wildlife."
"I really like the mallard ducks and Canada geese and all the turtles and I want them to still be there."
"I want to save the island because it's a really pretty place and the ducks and turtles won't be there if there isn't space on the island and trees to shelter them."
"If they rebuild the island I think it would nice to have some trees and shrubs to shelter, shade, and protect the mallard ducks and turtles."
"Sometimes I go to baseball up there and when I'm walking by I want to see the animals and the ducks swimming there."
