Our Star Quilt is a 25 patch quilt. It has five rows with five patches in each row. There are five different fabrics in our quilt. The five fabrics are:

fabric
# 1

|
| fabric # 2 |

Each patch has two fabrics. We used letter names for the patches and numbers for the fabrics in each patch. For example, the first patch...

...has fabric #1 and fabric #2. We call this patch A (1+2).
Our Star Quilt has squares, small triangles, big triangles, parallelograms, and hexagons.
***Coming soon: Math comments about our quilt as we added a patch each day.
