April 2001 Announcements: Spring is here at long last!
We are studying our Bird Print Writing Process, Math Facts, Constellations, Frogs & Toads, Plants and Trees, Quilt Math, and Handwriting.
Our projects right now are: The Elder's Project, The iEARN Global Art Sense of Caring Project, Our Classroom Website and Our Video Editing
Here are some important reminders:
*Have your child bring a jacket with hood or cap to school even if it seems warm! If temperatures cool during the day and the wind picks up, it can be cold on the playground during recess. We want to always be prepared for rain!
**Thank you for having your child at school right on time each morning so that she/he is in line with the class on the back playground at 8:30 a.m.
***Please check the Take Home Folders each evening and read the notes. Help your child remember to bring the folder back each school day along with the Reading Book Bag if these two items have come home the previous day. It is very important that we have the reading book bags at school as we read their books during reading time.Take this link to read more about the book bags.
