Email from Vermont school friend to the artist at Sunnyside School:

Dear Friend at Sunnyside,

We saw your writing and we thought it was nice that you care about your next door neighbor. You must be really patient to stand through when she cries. Your art work is great it looks like you used water colors and crayons. It looks better than I could do. My friend thinks it is great too.

Dear Friends in Vermont,
Thank you for the e-mail. I am patient to stand there when she cries. I did use water colors and crayon. First I used crayons and then watercolor. I bet you can do as good as me. Thank you for saying it looks good!!! Have you been to our website? If you haven't our web-site is:

Are you doing good in school? Are you making lots of friends. I hope I'm a friend. Do you like soccer or basketball or football or tennis or golf, or just passing the ball? Do you make quilts in your class? Your teacher must be nice. Our website has our Ladybug drawings and astronomy and a story about a lady who bicycled around the world. Her name is Ms. McLane. We have a nurse named Ms. Curry and she has a service dog named Sierra. Sierra can turn the lights off. She can take the clothes out of the dryer.
From,
Your Friend at Sunnyside
