Dear Friends,
What day should I depict? Probably some festival day. Yes, I can depict what
happened yesterday! What a nice idea! Yesterday was very interesting day.
Yesterday I went to visit my girl-friend, Nastya. Nearly the whole day we
played outside.
Suddenly Nastya and her girl-friend Annya noticed a puppy under the shed.
The puppy tried to get in.
It was very small and cute. It was black and one of its paws was white. Annya
took the puppy.
She admired it very much!
Later on we went to Nastya's home. There was Nastya's grandmother at home.
She admired the puppy too, because she liked the pets as much as her granddaughter,
Nastya, and Annya and I do. She asked us whose puppy it was? We told her how
we have found it under the shed.
Grandmother brought some milk. The puppy was too small to drink the milk himself,
so we had to feed him. The puppy licked our fingers. We gave him the name
Ricky. After feeding him, we put Ricky back under the shed with his mother.
Tomorrow we plan to go to the shed again and play with Ricky and maybe some
other
puppies. Probably somebody will take one of the puppies.
Today I recall that day, because it was really interesting to me.

Dear Friends,
It was a cloudy morning, everybody felt sad in our class. Suddenly, a little
beam appeared. It went from the big gray cloud. The beam ran about the
room, peeped into our copy-books and drew our attention from the lesson.
Soon the Sun appeared, it filled the room with light and warmth. Everybody
felt better and our mood went higher.

My Uncle Kolya and I were going fishing. We got up at five in the morning,
took our rods, the bait and went to the river.
It was a good day, the sun was shining brightly and it was rather warm. We
let our rods out
and were waiting for the fish to bite. It was excellent! I caught twenty -three
fish and my uncle twenty -two.
Later on the weather was getting worse and the rain began. The fish stopped
biting. We went back home. We were tired, but very pleased!

Dear Friends,
I like to get up early in the morning when all around me is waking up. I like
to watch through the window as people hurry to their jobs. Cars run
very quickly, dogs walk with their owners. I always dreamed to have a little
dog.
One day I did my homework as usual, had dinner and went to the school (I study
at the second half of the day). My day started as a normal day.
Coming home back from the school I saw little black puppy in the hall. It
was jumping around me. I was very surprised and very glad at the same
time. My Dad had brought it to me. The puppy was given the name Backs.
When it will grow up, it became very big and strong. The race of the dog is
a Rottweiler. I am not sure if my Mother will allow the dog to stay in our
house, because this race of dogs is extremely ferocious and somebody will
have to train it.
That day was the real great event to me. I spent the whole night with the
puppy: playing and washing him. That day I will remember for a long time.

Dear Friends,
I would like to tell about a warm, spring day when my Dad, Mom and me visited
dendro-garden.
In spring you can see lilacs, chestnuts, cherries in bloom there. These blooms
makes the garden so solemn. On the lake-sides there are yellow and
blue flowers. Lilies of the valley will open their buds soon.
We walked along beautiful alleys where thujas in bloom can be seen. Their
flowers look like dried bells. Blue fires are like giants! Bees buzz near
apple trees. Glades are full of dandelions.
In that wonderful garden you can see
Canadian maples, cork-oaks, hawthorns and many other plants which grow in
other countries. This garden was founded by Sergei Kharitonov, he is an honorary
citizen of our city.

Dear Friends,
In summer my sister and I went to Moscow to visit the Zoo. On our way to the
capital we saw several elk. One of the elk was eating leafs, another was laying
and the third was walking around.
At last we arrived at the Zoo. Near
the entrance there was a small beautiful waterfall. We saw a kangaroo and
an elephant. My sister and me were eager to see more animals. Later on we
saw a giraffe and near its cage there was a cage with buffalo . Buffalo run
and struggle with their horns.
We entered the room where we could see only birds. First, we saw penguins
which were swimming in the pool. We also saw owls, parrots and many others.
Most of all I liked the stone tower made of animals figures. We bought two
peacock's feathers. We did not want to leave the Zoo.
