Here is the little pond.Turtles were swimming. One turtle was shy because it kept going back under the water.
The little pond was very quiet.
We saw a farm duck on the island. It was sleeping with mallard ducks.
The grasses are growing taller on the island.
Here is a male mallard duck. Two mallard ducks were swimming by the island. One was a female mallard and one was a male mallard.
There were little mini waterfalls in the stream.
The waterfall is running. The city turned on the pump at the little pond so the water goes to the pool above the waterfall.
We didn't see any more bread in the water.We saw a plastic bag in the water. We saw swallows swooping and blackbirds squawking. The water was kind of smooth with some ripples.
Some of the grass seeds that we planted in the fall went over the spillway and into the stream.
Now there is new tall grass on the stream.
We sat on the bridge.
It was a beautiful day!!!
