Canada Geese

Fall 1999

Sometimes, Canada geese come to the ponds at Sunnyside Park near our school. They are large birds that like to swim in the water. They make a honking noise. They fly together in groups. They migrate to warmer places in the winter. We hope they will come to the ponds again this Spring and make their nests on the new island in the big pond.
